OUR VALUES

Here at RPMAA, we like to focus on our values and training etiquette both on and off the mats. This is a huge part of martial arts and we believe that this should be applied inside and outside of the academy.

We hope that all of our members can see the importance of these values and will carry these with them, not only in training but also in everyday life.

To establish these values, we always bow on and off the mats to show respect, call our instructors 'Sir' or 'Ma'am', help others in our class, use kind language when training and encourage our students to be the best they can be.
